No from Dallas. We have absolutely no need for big rotten contracts, even though Phaneuf is a decent d-man. His contract is just too big, and there are plenty of other good d-men available in the league, or at least with better contracts than that.

Brown or White + 1st (likely late). All the risk is on the WIld's end of the deal, and not really that motivated to trade him.

I think it's close to fair value for Brodin but like someone else said I think there needs to be a bit more headed Minnesota's way. Either a 1st rounder or another decent prospect imo.
