Description

Ver interesting for the team to not qualify McLeod Bas or Boq. Clearly Fitzgerald the org is playing hardball and doesn’t want to get stuck in large contracts for 4th liners and also avoid the strong cases these players would have in Arbitration, though I am still surprised they went unqualified considering their QOs were 1mil or less. I do hope the team is willing to bring them all back but I can understand if these players are offered more money else where. I think Fitzgerald is betting on NJ and the fact that the team is a perineal cup contender that McLeod, Bas, and Boq would all want to be apart of. If I was in their shoes though, I’d go for the money.

Let’s just say I wouldn’t be happy if our roster looked like this at the end of today. McLeod has to be back in my eyes. Personally, I’ve always wanted a 4x2 with McLeod. Bastian can be replaced by Lazar and Boqvist is someone I’d bring back as long as he stays under 1.25m. If he’s looking for. more, then I simply turn to Holtz/Clarke/ FA signing. That 3RD is lord likely to be a vet. Obviously team is good still with or without those 3, but I think it’d be wise to bring them back for depth
