Meh, at least he can play a ton of minutes and provides a shot from the point on the PP. If that's the deal then it's really low risk.

Deal isn’t announced yet. Have a feeling it’s not good. Basically right handed Morgan Rielly.

I wouldn't mind it, based on the contract details.

Rielly + Brodie is such a good pairing
McCabe did very well with Seth Jones last year. Having a guy like Dumba or Klingberg on his other side would be a solid pair
And then we have Gio + Lily + Timmins.

But it will all depend on term and money.

As long as it's a 1-year deal which I think it is, shouldn't be the end. He has a better shot than Rielly, but of they can trade for Tanev and pair him with Reilly and Brodie with Klingberg, it might just work.
