Not a Stars fan but....

When your 3rd line looks better than 50% of 2nd lines in the NHL, and your 4th line looks better than a lot of 3rd lines..... I would say Nill has set this team up to score.... and a lot.

Having said that, and anticipating the Stars pushing the play, making a move for another D maybe low priority. IF I were to do it, I would be looking for a low cost bruiser that can play about 15 minutes a game (like a Kyle Burroughs where the Sharks did so well!).

So, I think if a trade were to materialize, it maybe Jérémy Lauzon, where the Schenn signing there has pushed him out of the lineup.

If we are looking at a UFA, taking a flyer on Simon Benoit wouldn't be the worst idea in the world. Ducks fans loved this guy, and on a significantly better team in almost every aspect, could flourish.

I just wouldn't expect a big splash is all. That offense is absolutely insane. Can't see Nill breaking that up.
