My thought process behind this is the fact that Nylander is asking for more than the leafs are willing to give, with that maybe he's on his way out, Brad knows Calgary well maybe there's a deal to be had...Both teams swap impending UFA's so realistically both teams take on risk, it's just about sorting out value

I break the trade up into how I view the value, but it would be one big trade
