    I think if the Canes get EK65 they back out of the deal with Philly. Why have a $2.5m 7th dman? TDA won't play over Chat.

    I don't agree, they need a shutdown guy like Chat in the mix. Regardless, I think TDA doesn't happen if Karlsson does; there isn't the PP spot for him with Burns and EK over him.

    Eh he shouldn’t. Chatty is more of a playoff type player and would be necessary for PK. TDA wouldn’t have a PP spot and he’s not good defensively so not sure what he adds if we have EK. I hope we don’t go after EK personally but that’s my opinion if we do.
