No idea why this guy got an NHL contract. You could argue he didn't even deserve an AHL Contract. Mind boggling

They clearly expect him to play in the AHL. Look at the AHL salary. It's easier to sign these guys to an NHL contract than an AHL one. Farm teams need help, too.
