Boston's 2nd seems fine to me. The amount of fanbases that are interested in him tells me he might get a better return though which kinda baffles me.

I'd be happy if he returned a 2nd. If it's any more than that I can't imagine it being more than a mid prospect or a late round pick swap.

In pro sports, nobody cares really cares about where you went to college. Plenty of OSU fans are also Browns and Bengals fans, and root for Michigan players every year, same with the Lions and OSU guys, and any other example across the country.

It's a funny storyline for some, but the vast majority do not care at all.

I know. I just like to mess around.

I think the Caps would consider that - maybe better for both teams if the Caps retain $1-2mil and the picks become a 2nd and a 4th.

Oof. Anaheim isn’t eating like 10 million dollars as a John Gibson return

Ducks already got their locker-room guy this summer so its redundant anyways. Alot of people don't understand why Gudbranson was brought in anyways outside being an enforcer. He was brought in basically as a player coach to keep the kids in the locker room in check. Even if his contract wasn't an anchor he's not going anywhere as you do need 1 of these type of players in the room on an extremely young team.

Because he's the type of player that GMs LOVE to see in the playoffs. Just like the Gavrikov signing and even our Gudbranson signing GMs see the game differently than fans do. Everyone is laughing but he's gonna get every bit of a 2nd round pick especially when he's only 2.5 a year for 3 years.
