Value is probably fine.

But TOR should be keeping him for all the reasons you listed in the description.

If anything, its low. Avs are going to want term, $3.2M is probably the minimum. Guessing 5 years $3.4M.

Rich? I think contract projections have him closer to 3.5-3.6mil..
