Initially, I thought that is an overpay, but when you break it down, it does make sense...

Lap, 1st, 2nd, 3rd for TK (plus retention)

Mantha and 2nd for cap dump to make money work

Plus TK at 4m for 2 years would be very solid.

I think this is the closest I could get to the “sweet spot.” I wanted to do Lap, Mantha, 1st, and 2nd, but I don’t think that’s enough for Philly. Especially with retention.
