You seriously couldn't find an ELC better than, checks notes, Matthew Knies??

You could have put Matthew Beniers in there for cheaper than Knies lol.

Rantanen could be replaced by J. Hughes, J. Robertson, Ta. Thompson
Skjei, Andersson, Montour could be replaced by Slavin, Toews, Seider, Liljegren, Power, L. Hughes
Shesterkin could be replaced by Sorokin
Woll could be replaced by Gustavsson, L. Thompson
Chytil, Batherson could be replaced by Mercer, Beniers, Pavelski, Toffoli, Stephenson, Hagel
Dube, Knies could be replaced by Mercer, Beniers
If you're going to include Matthews' massive cap hit, you may as well just include McDavid instead
Xhekaj, Lucic are just not good players

The key to this challenge is value contracts. You need to find the best players on budget deals to make room for the stars, and the stars you pick need to also be on great contracts.
