Not resigning Toffoli or Trading the 9th pick for OEL and Garland

You’re definitely right but don’t discount how bad letting Toffoli go was for Vancouver, as he actually wanted to return but Jim Benning made 0 effort to resign him which considering how good he was in the small sample size he played, they 100% should’ve
