This does make next year suck, but they signed so many 1yr deals. And this team only has maybe (at most) 2 yr before they'll will be right back where Dubas put them Cap wise. Why not go for it now.

I think Lindholm is exactly what Toronto needs! I don't think Calgary is trading with Toronto since they are clearly bitter toward Treliving

Flames decline the trade, Lindholm would decline the contract and Flames would also not offer Nylander that contract

No Calgary simply wouldn't trade Lindholm to Toronto because Toronto doesn't have the assets Calgary would be interested in
