As a Wild fan, I hope Dumba can find a spot on a competitive team such as Vancouver. He has lost a lot of offense, but can still eat minutes in the top 4 and has played much better defensively as of late to compensate. I hope he doesn't have to settle for Arizona.

NSH declines. It isn't about value or really even a true disinterest in Beauvillier, but rather there just isn't room for him on the roster.

I get it but I also think Trotz will be looking for value where he can get it. Guys like Sherwood, Smith, Jankowski, etc are plugs. Even the other regulars like Yakov could be upgraded with Beau without cutting into Luke and Philip's ice time.

That is true, and I fully agree. The thing is that we the signings of Nyquist and Gurianov, they are likely to limit time for those players already. Sherwood is the most likely of those three to make the list, and instead of Beau I can see Burnette wanting to give time to someone like L'Herueux or Kemell instead. Not saying it couldn't work, just don't think that they will.
