Why would the Preds do that? I mean what would Nylander do there? The current state is rather rebuild, so sending away one of the best of the team's young forwards paired with two high picks for someone who will be aging and decliming when the team starts to be competitive, that to ne doesn't seem like a good idea.

The only way Trotz makes a trade with this kind of value, would be for a legit #1 C... not Nylander, regardless of value of extension, etc.
