I doubt Trocheck waives his NMC to go from the city of New York to the city of Winnipeg

Not much respect for Pennsylvania native Trocheck's NMC. You really think he waives to the Jets?

Not everyone likes massive metro cities like New York... I would hate living there, that said I'm pretty sure trochek only wanted to play in the states

Less emphasis on New York, more emphasis on Winnipeg. As someone who lives just a few hours away, it's a very, very boring city. Terrible weather and obviously an unattractive spot for a player to land if they have the choice to avoid it.

There's not a ton to do in the city but players don't have any time off during the season anyway and are on vacation or can live wherever they want in the offseason, if you can handle the wind chill it's a great province with great people/fans, cheap real estate great for outdoorsy types.

Trocheck doesn't waive anyway and even if he would I wouldn't want to get saddled with that contract.

The Jets should've traded for Trocheck when Carolina did, he had term, no trade protection and a cheap contract, damn they're a poorly run organization. Could've had Scheifele/Trocheck/Little as their top 3 centers and a top 6 of Scheifele/Connor/Ehlers/Laine/Trocheck/Wheeler ffs!
