You’re a Sabres fan, right?
I ask, bc this is just so far off from what will actually happen

1- signing Jokiharju to a 3year deal worth $3.25mil per, to stock him in the PressBox??? Lol, no, that’s not happening- ZERO chance

2- Benson making the roster, just to be out on the 4th line?
Oh boy. Again, ZERO chance. Makes no sense at all

3- Kulich on the 4th line? See: above. Also even more unlikely bc Kulich could be playing top line minutes in AHL, where he can keep developing

There’s more, but hopefully u get the point
I get being excited about all this young talent we have, it’s hard not to be. Boy you’re rushing these kids into the lineup & into roles they likely aren’t ready for.
While this kind of stuff works great on your Xbox, it’s doesn’t in real life

There is so much to like about this post, it is not worth mentioning any of the short comings.
Is there another NHL team that can role 4 scoring lines?
Well with Kulich and Benson on your fourth line that is exactly what the Sabres would have.
Most teams do not have the cap space, nor the talent to ice that many scoring forwards.
The defensive pairings and contracts could use some work but let's stick to the good stuff.

Over all good job and excellent out look

I’ll nitpick some. I think we are going to roll out 4 scoring lines next season but Greenway is going to play on the 4th lines unless he’s abjectly awful this year. Peterka and Cozens have to play together. They’re nightmares for teams off the rush starting this season. Quinn can play anywhere. If the top 6 is going to be shuffled, I think Skinner-Mittelstadt-Tuch deserve some run together. They were great to end last season. Not good, great. And then you have to defend a Thompson line separate from that, say Kulich-Thompson-Quinn. Then you go Peterka-Cozens-Savoie. And you can have a 4th line and 13th forward of Benson/Greenway-Krebs-Rosen/Rousek. That’s a 4th line that can play defense and still score. Bottom line, we’re scary. Plus, we still have plenty of assets to trade to for a defenseman, say a certain defenseman who might play for a team from Alberta that most likely will be in rebuild mode because they are going to lose a lot of free agents after this season.

Benson & Rosen shouldn’t sniff our “defensive line” that soon though

Greenway-Krebs-Rousek could be good on that role (imo)
Maybe even bring in another Vet & have Rousek as the 13th forward?
