He's an AHLer, or that's how the lightning would treat him. Yes, I know he's a over a point per game player and could be the next Carter Verhaeghe, but he hasn't really adapted well with the transition from the AHL to the NHL along with being a liability on defense and thus is unable to get a starting spot along with not having many opportunities to do so. I'll look at this time in Seattle, he looked pretty solid on the stat sheet, but he got waved and got sent back to Tampa and has been in the AHL since.

So yeah, He's probably getting moved for a 7th if he doesn't get waived again

I just think he has more value to the org than a 7th. Why trade him if when we need him we have him ya know? His trade value is lower than his value to the team, and a 7th barely does anything. Unless he asks for the trade.
