How are you expecting to sign Necas, Hayton, Beniers, Novak, Powers and a replacement 2LHD next season on 16.5M?

I guess I misunderstood your rules a bit. I tried to limit the number free agents but not none. Could probably flip 2 of beniers/power/Hayton/Necas for replacements and space I guess to sign the other 2?

Yea I realized later on that in my post I didnt really lay out the rules all that well, the point was more to make a team that is good for next season but can also sustain the competitiveness for as long as possible.
Players like Slavin, Stephenson, Necas all make sense for this year, but all of them have huge pay bumps coming up making it unsustainable unless you're willing to lose cap elsewhere.
