100% agree. Sutter is not needed and the Canucks should see what other teams would give for him.

Pretty sad when the best trade bait the Canucks have for a rebuild is Sutter. All those Sutters that have played in the NHL the Canucks got the worse one.

Personally I'd still trade Tanev but I'd do it at after the draft lottery or playoffs ended in 2018
