I think this could be decision more based on who is waiver exempt and who isn't.

Part of me thinks there is a real risk of losing Bjronfot on the wire if he is cut..... and although his progression hasn't been what I would have thought to this point, would be a pretty solid pick up for a bottom end team. As a stay-at-home D, he is competent at the NHL level.

What I can see playing out is Bjronfot and Moverare making the team, then sending Byfield and Kaliyev to Ontario on off days to accure cap space more quickly. Once that is accomplished, calling up one of Spence or Clarke can be done.

The caveat there is acurring space going into the deadline in case of there being a real need for a tender..... and on paper, right now, that looks to be the case if the Kings want to go deep.

Interesting. Some questions:

1. Where will LA finish in the ranking?

2. What will most likely be the PP?

3. Who is likely to have a breakout year or who will surprise in terms of point production? Who is advantaged by the line combinations?

4. Who is likely to have a bad year in point production?

5. How many games each goalie is likely to play?
