Description

For them to maximize LTIR space right to the ceiling of it, they'd need to put bogosian on waivers with the plan to call him back up after the start of the season. However I see him getting picked up

Also they'd need the goalie to make 775k so it could be just Tomkins or they take sandstrom from waivers.

I understand why cap teams take guys on PTOs than just signing them cause they can change the contract to the last dollar maximize LTIR pool thats why they get these crazy numbered contracts. After the start of the season Vasilevskiy moved to LTIR and then Merela brought back up, maybe ABB back down for Bogosian if he's still there.

With Vasy on ltir they can have a 23 man roster until vasy comes back and then we would have to go back down to a 22 man roster unless like you said we waive bogo and 2 league min players replace him leaving about $12k in cap space left. Or they could just trade myers or maybe he gets claimed after they waived him.

Fill in some of the hole killorn left. Issue is when Vasy comes back but we don't have to be perfect to the ceiling at that point since its the middle of the year and enough guys have moved up and down till that point that we don't have to worry about waivers for a while

that line with paul and stammer contributed to stammer having the most goals in the league for the first 15 or so games of last season, how would it get crushed?

This is just game 1, then merela fills in afterwards for the rest of the season. This is just so we compliant at the start of the regular season
