So what happens when Norris comes back and you are $5.2M over the cap and still $3M over the cap with a 20 man roster? Now you have to move Joseph AND someone else lol all while the league knows ur screwed and can literally bend you over the barrel

No, but there's also no reason to sign Pinto to that AAV, it will most likely be for 1 year and less than people think

You also don't need to carry a 23 men roster. Teams close to the cap don't. Which is also a reason why Bailey shouldn't be signed
