Bieksa only has one more year on his contract. Why on earth would GMBM trade so much away for one year at 4M.

Why are we trading pieces we need to replenish our aging forward group to push Montour out the top 4 and Manson to 7th D-man. Stupid IMO. Top 4 D-men acting as the 7th guy, why?

P.S. Gudbranson sucks.
P.P.S. Yeah, we'll be keeping Steel. Good try though.

Ridiculous over payment for things we don't need. Keep Steel for SURE. Bite Bieksa's contract for 1 year. Gudbranson overrated. Now you're sitting all of Manson, Larsson, and Montour who should all at least have a chance at a roster spot, and all who are under 1M. This is incredibly one sided.
