As good as this team would be they need a few vets to mentor and lead them. This would be a top team in the regular season and 1st or 2nd round exit.

Lol but in all fairness the younger group coming up has a lot of talent and the NHL is in good shape for when the Pavelski’s Letang’s Burn’s and Crosby’s call it a career.

Matthews over Draisaitl (Drai is 27 so ineligible) and Matthews is the best player by far 25 and under

Replace Hischier with Matthews... 7.25+the remaining 5 mill in cap = 12.25... Matthews makes 11.65 this year... 12.25-11.65=600K in ca space
