Doesn't fit in Toronto's lineup.

Why not?

Toronto gets a solid DFD to create a shutdown pairing and a defensively responsible F with some grit.

Seattle gets someone better suited to play with Dunn, a forward with more offensive touch which they desperately need and a high potential D that could help them for the next 7+ years.

How does max domi not fit in the lineup? He could be with Tavares and Nylander or the third line center

Dunn already has someone perfectly suited to play with him...his name is Adam Larsson. Those two have made each other better over the course of the last couple of seasons, to the point where that pairing is greater than the sum of its parts. The Dunn/Larsson partnership has been instrumental to the Kraken's rise and I doubt they're itching to break that up anytime soon.

You have to give up a lot to get Larsson out of Seattle and tanev is another heart guys for their team out there, the players are high value to the Leafs but to Seattle it's a new group of guys for heart and soul players to their team doesn't work...

I know it's ridiculous but the only consideration for Larsson would be Nylander and there's no chance the Leafs do that they would rather a broken defense group I believe they are all in on Nylander and I'm fine with it.
