I mean let’s be real a 1 for 1 trade is a complete loss for the Flyers. Frost is absolutely more valuable

It's only been three games, look at what happened last year with Frost, he was terrible to start then dialed it up in the back half. Hopefully he does it sooner, but it is overreaction season.

In regards of boquist, he truly has to be dominant to remain on the jackets defense or, where it is logged jammed with Werenski, Severson, Provorov, Gudbranson (For some reason), Peeke, Bean, and Jiricek. He has to beat out some tough competition. If he's scratched behind any of those guys, his value would tank, not to the point where he's untradable, but below the point of young center that his proven to be able to be on the second line.
