Oilers have no cap space to make that trade. You have to match salaries and put maybe one of Ceci or Foegele.

The Canucks are better off keeping Beauvillier than retaining 50% for a '26 3rd.

Better offensive depth, worse defense. We're fixing one problem but making another one worse. Pettersson is irreplacable, and that package doesn't claw him alone away from the Pens. Not like the Oilers have the cap space for Pettersson.

I don't think any of these trades except maybe Anaheim actually work or are fair value going both ways.
