He is turning out to be a one year wonder, if you have been watching the Flames, you haven't been watching him. He isn't worth half his salary right now. I'd be happy to get a second and bring up one of the prospect, like Klapka, he is going to become a middle of the lines beast.

I said they "sooner" go north yup.
Trade a G-Man (surplus) than going w/ OP and losing JD-Walsh & the 1st for a UFA centre...

Hyman would fit into a BOS-type of player and should be a playoff asset w/ term...

JDB & Lindholm are both pending UFA's and Lindholm is easily the more valuable player. Walsh is a long term project where the odds of him becoming an NHLer are around 16%

Pretty solid top 6, although I'd like to get an better RW to play with Marchand & Lindholm.

I DO.
However, prefer to use D-side/G-Side of the puck (team strength) in a trade and have JD stay to make the top-9 more solid.

Not unless he (EL) agrees to remove the "UFA" bags he's currently lugging around...

After the amount of draft picks and prospects sent out last year, I think the B's need to run with Zacha, Poitras and Coyle as 1C 2C 3C in whatever order before sending a 1st out.

I think the train on trading Elias to Boston for JDB & a 1st has left the station with Poitras' development.
