Why not consider what Klingberg was traded for last season? Why not consider that dumping the Leafs garbage onto another team to flip for assets isn't how trades in the NHL work? Why not consider the Flames needs in a deal when they're selling? Why not consider that literally any team that's putting an offer out there for Tanev trumps the Leafs offer? Why not consider what Chiarot and other players similarly got moved for at deadlines? There is not a single thing out there that would indicate Klingberg is a good piece for the Flames in a deal for Tanev.
