Yet another terrible deal for the Flames. Gee what a surprise!

How is this a terrible deal? They get speed in AA from Chicago to skate with Huberdeau, a young defenseman and Katchouk - who has been a serviceable PK guy in Chicago on an incredibly cheap deal - while creating enough cap space to do something more between now & the deadline. The pick swap is because they're giving up 3+ years of Coleman's contract for only 1+ of AA -- again, cap flexibility created.
