I mean, I've seen FAR worse offers on here. This is a actually closer than I think the others are giving it credit for. I'd want Jarvis over Necas and would need Morrow included. Really tough to gauge his exact value.

Yeah, I can see that. However, Jarvis has more team control and is from central Canada which can be useful in projecting whether he'd be willing to stay long-term. Necas is a 1 or 2-year contract away from UFA status and that's not something EDM can afford in a McDavid trade.
