I like the flames trade not so into deangelo probably should got zadorov half retained for that too

Calgary can't retain in this scenario unless they trade a guy like Tanev at the same time. I do agree I would like there to be 50% retention on Zadorov also, if we trade our 1st round pick. Would give us quite a bit more cap flexibility.

Do we? That 3rd rounder doesn’t do much for us. Deangelo is cheap depth. Unless Deangelo demands a trade.
