The only defenders I’m trading Willy for and adding to him are Slavin toews cause he just signed that extension i woulda done 1-1 before that but whatever and then the obvious defenders who can’t be obtained with Willy like Seider makar Hughes

The Leafs don't need Dobson. Pullock would be my first choice and then Pellech. Neither would cost Willy. Would certainly cost a fair penny but likely prospects and picks. And a roster player not named Willy or Marner.

Dobson is considerably better than Pulock and Pelech imo.

Not just the points but his defensive game is elite, too

Hes become a rising star on a bad team and is a huge reason why we are above .500 while Pulock and Pelech are just really good role players

That's a new development. Last year many Islander fans were very angry with Dobson's defensive play. Pullock and Pellech get the harder matchups.

islanders fans were upset with it because he had like 3 or 4 costly turnovers that lost us games but was great besides that, just always really bad timing mistakes. So far hes gotten rid of those
