Leafs can’t afford to resign lindholm so they won’t go after him

It's a good idea for a deal on both sides, Flames get a nearly NHL ready guy plus a long term high ceiling prospect but I don't think that Lindholm comes in at a cap hit next season that fits the Leafs and it would be a mistake for the Leafs to move on from those pieces without an extension for Lindholm.
