Description

Signing Idea - getting a vet RHD on a mid-term contract - 3-4 years to shelter Mailloux, Reinbacher and Barron in order to properly develop them.

I have Brett Pesce targetted as well, but I think Tanev is more likely at 33 to accept a 3-4 year deal. The idea is to have Tanev eat some minutes for the first year, then slowly get down the line-up.

Basically what Matheson is doing for Ghule right now.

Now, I wonder if a guy like Stamkos, if he becomes a FA... would he be interested in playing for his old pals in MSL and Vinny Lecavalier? He's won plenty of cups - mentorship role could be nice (well paid at that).
