Barabanov is a player I hope the pens pursue. The Pens will need you guys to retain. Once Rakell is back from LTIR we'll haver zero space. I'd pay a 2nd with 50%.

If you want Leonard you’ll likely need to give up Eklund +. Gotta convince the Capitals to trade a player that has the ability to score and has a bite to his game.

I like where you're going! It would be awesome to to have Smith/Leonard/Perreault. Not sure the Sharks can get there without overpaying though. Might cost a couple 1sts. I've offerred up Eklund, Bordeleau, plus high draft picks for Leonard and Perreault on this site and got no interest from Caps and NYR fans.
