Think your returns for minor leaguers are way too high. If the Leafs are in the playoff hunt do you still propose that still trade away their veterans at the TDL? Last year as the Leafs were buyers at the TDL, and I don't know why the Leafs would diminish their chances in 2018 with the trading of much needed players.
