I'm sorry, what is the point to any of these trades? They're all just awful, man. We give up four players, about 3M in retention clogging up two spots and take a small cap dump, and the only somewhat decent piece coming back is a 25 3rd. I don't get it.

All those prospects are decent. The Blues don't have good trade chips this year unless you move Buch. I retained twice and it doesn't matter because they levae the books after this year. It allows Tucker and Perunovich constant playing time. Could even call up a guy like Bolduc or Dean instead of Mac or Gaudette. It also leaves the possibility of letting Dvorsky or Snuggerud to get a few games in at the end of the year

Those are all lottery ticket prospects, at absolute best. They're worth next to nothing.
