A 1st a 3rd and a decent prospect is certainly not low for a winger that's only been over a pp/g once in his career

You’re shopping in the wrong market with those prices.

Teams would be all over TK/Buchnevich for a late 1st + decent prospect. I think it takes a 1st in the 10-20 range added to a very good prospect

Scoring wingers don't go as much as fans on this site would like to believe look at the debrincat trade as an example who is younger and a proven 40 goal scoerer

Disagree this is inline with the debrincat trade Horvat ect wingers have less value than this site wants to admit

Blues decline. Nothing really appealing about the package other than the late first and even that is just ok

Debrincat wasn’t signing with the team, nor did he have 1.5 years of control on very team friendly deals like TK and Buch do. You’re offering rental prices for guys who aren’t yet rentals. Hence you’re shopping in the wrong market

A late first and a B prospect is definitely low. Philly would be asking for a least 2 first and a second

5.5x2 for a guy that has only been over a Pp/g once in his career and never over 65 point scorer really isn't a team friendly deal its market price, I'd look a guy like Meier for the PB deal Meier went for a late 1st a decent prospect and a decent roster player in Zutterland but Merier was coming back as a rfa and at 50% retained with other minor assets, I'd easily argue my proposed package above is around the same as the NJ Merier deal 1st = 1st 2> Mukhamadullin Zutterland = Klimvoich and two 4ths. The package is inline with what other wingers have gone for recently, no teams have the cap to take on a big contract right now so well PB is certainly a good player at almost 6mil I'd argue its very team friendly, team friendly sure but definitely not very team friendly

That's a little understandable what would the blues reasonably be looking for?

I would argue that your package isn’t close to what Meier returned. Klimovich is closer to Ohkutiok than Muk or Zetterlund. Your 2nd also isn’t conditional as the one in the Meier trade was. So unless you are of the belief that 2nd + 4th + 4th is = to Muk + Zetterlund + 2nd with conditions possibly making it a first then I don’t see the comparison.

A first and a good defensive prospect at least. A similar trade to Timo Meier
