It might but where is your money coming from to resign him, according the the BOG meeting that was done on the weekend they said the cap could stay flat again for another season or 2 after it goes up this offseason.

True, But keep in mind that 1.9 million comes of the books for the James Neal buyout. And this poster hasn't bought out Campbell for some reason (super reasonable buyout)
