I get the idea, but CAR wouldn't do that if you ask me. Some spare parts, low value picks, and a cap dump doesn't make much sense. Plus Pouliot might be the 5th-7th best defenseman in their system. They have Hanifin, Slavin, Pesce, Faulk, Bean, Fleury, and JVR that are equal or better so that doesn't really add any value and IMO probably hurts PIt more.
