NGL, that's a pretty tough package to say no to. I'd retain 50% on VT and ask for a conditional 2nd that turns into a 1st based on team performance in the playoffs.

I don't think the caps would need retention or want to make a it a conditional first but maybe another team will. He's definitely a top TDL target depending what he does with his NTC.
