Additional Details:

Yotes clutch it, Nylander gets resigned to a 8m x 8 year deal.

Additional Details:

Leafs don't want to lose Nylander for nothing in Free Agency, this gets them a few things that they want:

- Skill in the Top-6 to replace Nylander (Kerfoot) WHO IS ALSO a center in case one of those guys get injured for a deep playoff run. Nylander is no center.
- SIZE. Sanford is a huge dude and everyone knows power forwards take longer to develop, go back and look you'll see Caps and Blues fans saying this guy is going to score 20-30 goals , could be with the Leafs.
- Futures in some good picks, one of them is Toronto's so you know it'll be in that sweet 55-61 spot (Durzi was picked here!!!)

Heard this guy is on the block and he's got decent stats. If the Yotes are moving Kerfoot they need a new second line center

- I think this is pretty straight forward. Raise your hand if you've never heard of Doan. Bro is an absolute legend, search that name on google and you can see Doan has over 1500 GP and nearly 1000 points, more than twice that of this Wild center guy.

idk if you missed it but the offer was 1st and Mcartney or Douglas so there's your serviceable prospect. Soderstrom isn't a prospect he's a roster player.

And McCartney and Douglas will likely never get a sniff at full-time NHL action. Soderstrom would. If the offer is just a 1st and a D-level prospect then the trade isn't happening.
