It's nice in theory but every guy traded for is a UFA at the end of the season with only 20 Million in Cap space, it would be tight to fit them all in.

Don't need to fit them all in. Besides we can trade Kreider or Trouba, even buyout Goodrow as option. But even if we don't. We resign Hanifin. Then we have a nice top 4. Dube and Robertson should be affordable to resign. With Cuylle, Othmann and Vesey still under contract.
The way I see it, worst case Tanev walks and Domi.

Lindgren = Marc Staal contract situation waiting to happen.
I agree otherwise, this is bad for the future. Obviously I don't want to see any trades but Wheeler on the first line doesn't work and I really do not see a good future with Lindgren long-term, in my opinion.
