Description

Coming out of my sabbatical because this trade is really exciting. Well stocked with draft picks, could probably use a couple to get a top pairing RHD on a short term contract until Levshunov is ready. $21M still in cap space, no issue in getting our ELCs extended. I will miss Jamie, but this trade was a mater-class for team need. If the Ducks can land Reinhart, and can address some questions on defense, they are a playoff team and still very young. I hope Pat stays active before the deadline this year and gets as many of these guys out for picks or prospects as possible. The future is bright

I need to see a Gauthier-McTavish-Terry line. It’s gonne be the best line in hockey for years.

As well a line of Zegras-Carlsson-Reinhart would be absolutely perfect as well.

Then you have a vet line if Killorn-Strome-Vatrano.

Verbeek built an amazing young team and has the cap space to get elite players in UFA to surround them

The second is for Lundestrom if that is what you are referring to. Its hopeful for sure, but there should be a lot of teams looking for center depth and Lundestrom can be capable of a middle six center spot if given the chance to play with offensively gifted players. He would make a perfect third line center for a playoff team with more talent on the wings
