I don't think there is a chance in hell that PIT sells to NYR and maybe helping them win the cup, even if it is potentially. Also I don't think you'll need to pay a 2nd for Wennberg, even with retention. But he would be a nice addition none the less.

One PIT would rather self-implode than do anything that might slight help NYR potentially win the cup. Secondly Perreault isn't available for any trade proposals.

well... you saw what happened with the flayers prospect, loved Sid and the pens and didn't want to play for them... sooo every team in the league will have this problem now cuz every sane human loves Sid and the pens!
