One more significant piece in there - likely Chesley - should be fair if the Ducks are actually shopping him. Anything more than that would be an overpay.

Question isn't whether Caps can afford Zegras -- I think they definitely can and would be shocked if he went for a package of more than this -- it's whether Zegras is the best use of these resources. As of right now I would come down pretty firmly in the "no" category for that price.
