The 3rd and 4th round picks don't really hold any value to a rebuilding team in need of high end talent. Bourgault's fine but not really good enough as a prospect to be the centerpiece in a TK deal. 1st is nice but would surely be a late round pick in the 22-32 range. RS matters since he has more than year remaining.
