Philly is in a playoff spot. It would take a hell of a lot more than that WITHOUT retention to get him.

Lol I'm the impartial party here, I'm not even a Philly fan. Philly MAYBE considers without the retention, but I doubt it since both prospects are rapidly losing value. Oilers would easily get outbid without having to retain from someone else

As a Philly fan, TK will not be traded for a late round 1st, 3rd two years from now, nor either of those two prospects. Let alone with retention. Im not sure why the Flyers would trade him at all but Im also not sure theres any prospects in the Oilers system they would do it for.
